Privacy and cookie policy
Last updated: 6 October 2026
This policy explains what information Dealizard.net ("Dealizard", "we") collects when you use the site, why, who we share it with, how long we keep it and what your rights are. Dealizard is the data controller. You can reach us at contact@dealizard.net.
1. Information we collect
We don't ask you to create an account, and we don't collect your name or payment details. We only have your email address if you join our mailing list or email us. We collect:
- Page views. When you load a page we record the page address, the time, your IP address, your browser's user agent and whether the visit looks automated.
- Deal clicks. When you click a deal we record which deal, the time, your IP address, your user agent and the page you came from, before sending you on to the retailer.
- Server logs. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes request data such as IP addresses to deliver the site and protect it from attacks.
- Emails you send us. If you email us, we keep your message and email address to reply.
- The Weekly Haul mailing list. If you sign up, see section 2.
We use this information to run and secure the site, count visits and clicks, rank popular deals, detect bots and fraudulent clicks, and reconcile commission reports from affiliate networks.
2. The Weekly Haul mailing list
The Weekly Haul is our free weekly email of the best deals. When you sign up we record:
- your email address;
- the region of deals you were browsing (US, UK, Europe or Asia), so we can send you deals for it;
- when you signed up, when we sent the confirmation email, when you confirmed and, if you do, when you unsubscribed.
Before your address joins the list, we email you a link to confirm it. If you don't click it, we never email you again and we delete the address after 30 days. To stop bots signing up other people, the form uses Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks your browser and receives your IP address to do so.
Every Weekly Haul email has an unsubscribe link, and your mail app's own unsubscribe button works too. When you unsubscribe we stop emailing you straight away, and keep only your address and the dates above, so we don't add you back by mistake. Ask us at contact@dealizard.net and we'll delete those too.
We send the emails through Cloudflare. We don't share or sell the list, and we don't use it for anything but the Weekly Haul.
3. Cookies
Cookies are small files a website stores on your device. We only use essential cookies, which the site needs to do what you ask, so they don't need your consent. We don't use tracking, analytics or advertising cookies.
Cookie | Set by | Purpose | Expires |
|---|---|---|---|
| Dealizard | Remembers that you've seen the cookie notice | 1 year |
| Dealizard | Remembers the region you chose for deal lists | 1 year |
Page views and deal clicks are recorded on our servers and don't use cookies on your device. Once you follow a deal to a retailer, that retailer or its affiliate network may set its own cookies on its own site, as explained below.
You can read the cookie notice again with the Cookie notice link at the bottom of every page. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
4. Affiliate links and third parties
Dealizard earns money through affiliate links. When you click a deal we send you to the retailer, sometimes through a tracking link of an affiliate network. That network or retailer may then set its own cookies, under its own privacy policy, so it can tell that you came from Dealizard and pay us a commission if you buy something. We never see what you bought or who you are: networks only report totals and commissions to us. See our affiliate disclosure for more.
The third parties involved are:
- Amazon Associates (Amazon EU S.à r.l. and Amazon.com Services LLC): Amazon privacy notice
- Awin (Awin Ltd): Awin privacy policy
- eBay Partner Network (eBay Inc.): eBay privacy notice
- Cloudflare (Cloudflare, Inc.), which hosts the site, stores our data, checks the mailing list form with Turnstile and sends our emails: Cloudflare privacy policy
- Adobe Fonts (Adobe Inc.), which serves some of the site's fonts and receives your IP address when it does: Adobe privacy policy
We don't sell your personal information and we don't use it for advertising profiles.
5. Lawful basis
- Legitimate interests for page views, deal clicks, server logs and replying to your emails: running a secure, working deals site, understanding how it is used and earning the commission that pays for it. We keep the data to a minimum and don't use it to identify you.
- Consent for the Weekly Haul mailing list, which you give by signing up and confirming your address. You can withdraw it at any time by unsubscribing.
- Strictly necessary for our essential cookies, which the law allows without consent.
6. How long we keep it
- Page view and deal click records, including IP addresses: up to 24 months.
- Server logs at Cloudflare: a few days.
- The Weekly Haul list: until you unsubscribe, then only your address and dates, until you ask us to delete them. Unconfirmed sign-ups: 30 days.
- Emails: as long as needed to deal with your message, and no more than 2 years.
- Cookies: as shown in the table above.
7. Where your data is stored
Our data is stored and processed by Cloudflare, which may handle it outside the UK and the European Economic Area. Where it does, it is protected by the safeguards Cloudflare provides, such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum and the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
8. Your rights
Under UK and EU data protection law you have the right to:
- ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you;
- ask us to correct or delete it;
- ask us to restrict or stop using it, or object to how we use it;
- ask for it in a portable format.
To use any of these rights, email contact@dealizard.net. We'll reply within one month. For the mailing list, tell us the address you signed up with. For everything else, we don't hold names or email addresses for visitors, so we may ask for your IP address and the approximate time of your visit to find your records.
If you're unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or to the data protection authority in your country.
9. Children
Dealizard is not aimed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their data.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
11. Contact
